HMS Tropical Tranquility

You list coffee as one of the things that is furnished. You don’t bother telling people it’s only one package of coffee. You have to go out and buy more if you more coffee. Knowing there is no store on the island. The check in is now at 4:00. If you want in earlier you have to pay to have it ready. We have stayed there for many years. Never had that happened. Last year we got into town around 10:30. Checked in and said whenever the room is ready just text. During church at 11:30 I got a text saying the room was ready. Also they knew we had walk to church and there was a bad storm coming. They offer to come get us with the golf cart. I always wash the dishes to be nice. Try to leave the room clean to help out the girls. Now guest have to wash the dishes and take out the trash. Never had to do that. The personal touch is gone. It’s just another business. My family is from Cedar Key. I’m part of the Andrews/Wadley’s. We come every year and will continue coming. We will have to think where we will staying from now on. The room is still gorgeous and the view is great, but will have to think on who we use .

Katie and Adam do a tremendous job at ensuring you have a wonderful stay! Their communication, friendliness, and exquisite attention to detail-is exactly what encompasses the upmost hospitality! Can’t wait to book with them again!

My wife and very much enjoyed our stay. The room was beautifully renovated and the views were spectacular. Easy check in and excellent communication with the property management. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to kick back and relax.
